After you make a request for an appointment you will receive 2 emails. One will have a link to the intake paperwork. When you complete the intake you will automatically create a HIPAA compliant portal membership. The portal is as secure as a solid safe. I have been using Theranest for more than 10 years and I have never had any issues with information leaks.
The second email will have instructions about the intake paperwork and portal. It will also contain my office address, parking information, where in the building is my office located. If you requested a telehealth appointment it will have the link to our first meeting.
